Dinner with Il Divo in Il Divo Italian Restaurant

Thanks to the 'Il Divo - The Promise' contest organized by Lite FM & Sony BMG, my sister and I were lucky to be invited to a dinner in Il Divo Italian Restaurant located at Desa Sri Hartamas. The 18 winners + 1 partner each were accompanied by Non and Rex (DJs of Lite FM) and some representatives from Sony BMG for the dinner, which started about 8.30pm. Throughout the night, we were entertained with a half hour clip of Il Divo's concert in Rome followed by their success story (disappointingly, the quartet from Il Divo did not make an appearance physically).
The dishes we had for the night were:
Starter - Eggplant parmigiana (No accompanying picture as I was too hungry and already dipped my knife and fork in it before the thought of snapping a picture comes to mind :p)

I have the confidence in ME!!
It started with me being on the upper floor looking out from a window and watching the people somersaulted out the other windows, landing on the lower roof with a thud, and then parachuting to the lower ground.The scenario:
This was the side view of the house, with an upper and lower floor and a roof just right above the lower floor. Apparently, my family and I were trapped in the upper floor with some other refugees. We were trying to get away after the first floor was inhabited by some soldiers on a killing spree.
In order to escape, we need to somersault out from the window and land with a thud on the lower roof, before proceeding with jumping to the ground with the help of parachutes. There was a catch though. If you landed on the lower roof with two thuds, you will be shot by the soldiers who were at the lower floor’s windows.
While looking out of the window, I saw a guy who somersaulted out from another window, only to find his bag was not properly attached, thus dropped on to the roof with a thud. And when he landed in another thud, he was doomed! Gunshots were fired when he parachuted to the ground. I was really petrified by the sight that I asked a lot of “what-ifs” questions to my parents – What if I make two thuds on the roof?, What if the soldiers shoot me? and etc.
My parents and I then tried to look for a replacement for me. We then found a small girl who was paralyzed and not able to live long. A perfect candidate, we all thought. I hugged and thanked the small girl who agreed to help, though I saw reluctance in her eyes. I was not sure what trick we were up to because it was never planned. But in the end, I pitied her and decided not to use her. It ended up with me parachuting to the ground with Princess safe in my arms!
The story above was what I dreamt of last night. A funny yet weird dream. I was happy with the ending though, that in spite of my fears, I managed to take up the courage to escape without using anybody as a shield.
Honey resembles a red panda??
I came across a picture of a cute red panda and immediately thought it looks like my doggie, Honey. Just put up their picture side by side for comparison purposes. Hehe..

High School Musical Senior Year premiere at GSC Pavilion, KL
Yesterday after work I was walking to Pavilion, anticipating the High School Musical Senior Year movie that I was about to see. Thanks to Hotlinks (and some of my Hotlink points), I managed to get 2 tickets to the premiere show at 9pm.
The movie was packed with songs, dance moves and a bunch of pretty graduates ;) Definitely much better than the 2nd instalment, I reckon. As usual, the movie includes a Sharpay-wicked plan to become the drama queen, only to be defeated (for a moment) by ... Just watch the movie and you will see :)
You can find pretty much the usual teen problems in the show - What do I do after high school? Do I go with my parent's way or my way? But in the end, it's the musical that really matters, so go and enjoy the songs :)

Just taken an online career test.. the results is interesting yet surprising at the same time. I never thought that my current job would match my personality. Hmmm.. I leave the rest of the details for now. But here goes the results:

Honey has grown so much bigger since the last blog I posted about her in July. A tiny, furry thing that can almost fit my palm, she's now already more than half the size of her sister, Princess!
